Sally Anderson worked for my company as estate gardener before moving to project manager and finally to production supervisor. Her responsibilities included supervising at least three crews, overseeing quality control, daily scheduling, and purchase orders. In 2007 she oversaw over $1,000,000.00 in construction.
Sally also was a part of our group design process and was lead designer on many of our projects. She was also responsible for recommending upgraded design improvements for our estate maintenance clients and coordinated these improvements through the sales process.
Sally was responsible for designing and implementing our web site and various marketing materials. She managed all facets of Human Resources from standards for hiring, recruiting and the initial interviewing of perspective employees. Sally was a major asset in customer relations where her charismatic and friendly nature endeared clients and vendors alike.
Sally has qualities I would consider to be rare in today’s market place namely her loyalty to her employer and crew. She exceeded expectations in her ability to lead, adaptability, creativity, and job knowledge. Her work ethic was inspirational and motivational to the crew she managed. The compliments to her from her crews and our partner companies she worked with were regular testament to these statements.
