I am writing this letter in support of Sally Anderson. I have known Sally since she became our Project/Construction Manager for the Viaduct Rail Park Pop Up Garden.

As an outside consultant to PHS, Sally has consistently demonstrated professionalism and enthusiasm for all that is put on her plate. To be sure, our Pop Up Gardens are very challenging endeavors for even seasoned PHS employees; she has not been phased by this.

Sally comes prepared for the weekly meetings. She communicates well with the team and with outside vendors to ensure that the project runs smoothly and stays within budget and time constraints. Sally has offered design suggestions for the few items that have come in over budget and is always quick to lend a hand to keep the project moving forward. To that end, our projected opening date was met and the project remains on target for full opening.

Sally is conscientious, motivated, and diligent. I can recommend her highly.
